The view opens onto the northern part of the historical center of Lucca. The bell tower of St. Fridianus Basilica stands out on the roofs to whose right the access created by the Piazza Anfiteatro can be glanced. Even more on the right there is the façade of St. Francis Church. The town is bordered by the hills that anticipate the highest relifes in the background. The Apuan Alps extend to the left while the Pizzorne's tableland extends to the right anticipating the Tuscan-Emilian Appennines.
